• Import into SAP and print daily bank statements.• Collate daily cash receipts and prepare for Credit Control. This is coordinated with our head office.• Track UK accruals for new formula testing and make sure this is kept up to date and accurate. • Submission of the mineral oil returns to HMRC on a quarterly basis.

In 2009 NDS Limited delisted from the NASDAQ and an analyst opportunity became available in thenewly created Treasury department within the finance team. I had built up a reputation for being a positive, respected team member and the departmental IT "go-to" person. My role included:* Analysis and input of weekly 6 month rolling forecasts (including receipts and payments)* Consolidation of the groups forecasts (20 entities multiple currencies)* Consolidation of weekly actual analysis monthly* Daily analysis of global bank balances (multi currencies-105 accounts) with explanation of fluctuations to senior management team* Placing surplus cash on deposit with one of the consortium of banks within the bank loan agreements* Processing bank loan payments on a timely basis* Collated data and put together a proposition to invite 3 banks (Lloyds TSB, JP Morgan and HSBC) to bid for our business.* FX currency exchanges* I implemented 360T which was an online currency exchange/hedging system.

This was a demanding position covering all aspects of financial accounting. I was a key member offinance department – working closely in the team and independently when required. My role included:* Fixed assets: from Finance approval through to depreciation projection and running to retiring assets (inventory was 3500 Capex assets), including a monthly Inventory to GL reconciliation. I assisted in the implementation of an asset management system to track all assets across the UK offices.* Intercompany invoicing, rebilling to various companies globally including News Corporation and News International, dealing with associated queries and am proficient in using multiple exchange rates at once along with the companies functional currency.* Maintaining and updating approval limits on the authorized signatory listing (ASL) and ensuring SOX compliant.* Dealing with Vodafone software and distributing the bills for management approval.* Ensuring all GL journals are Sox compliant.* Month end reconciliations to the TB* Cost of sales analysis* Assist in user support of current financial systems* Intrastat and EC sales listing analysis and submission* Holiday covering for sales ledger (includes job costing and project analysis), expenses, accountspayable and banking.* Flight Analysis for UK Financial accountingThe role originally included Sales Ledger invoicing but the role was split into two positions as the company grew and expanded.

My role included management accounting, cost of sales analysis, petty cash for employees traveling (no automated banking system), financial month-end closing procedures and assisted in collating P/L and balance sheet work. Financial systems support – including database backup, time sheet job analysis and monitored company Fixed Assets.

My role included all the banking for cash transactions from bus fleet, invoicing airlines, bank reconciliations, paying of expenses to staff drivers by BACS and managing all accounts for smaller subsidiary company which included Accounts Payable.

My role included sales ledger invoicing, credit control and sales ledger revenue and flash reporting to Belgium business HQ.
