Inicié mi historia profesional en 2010 en LATAM Airlines. Aquí desempeñé dos cargos: Analista de Servicio a Bordo y Analista Sr de Marketing y Experiencia de Viaje, esta última me permitió identificar años después mi pasión por la Experiencia del Cliente.En 2014, buscando nuevos retos que me permitieran permanecer en Colombia y terminar mi Máster en Marketing, comencé como Especialista en Introducción de Nuevos Productos en Whirlpool Corporation, donde tuve la posibilidad de aprender sobre el mercado de electrodomésticos desde el enfoque de innovación y desarrollo de proyectos.Fui trasladada a Buenos Aires, inicié un nuevo postgrado en Marketing Digital. A pesar de estar muy contenta, entendí que prefiero trabajar en Servicios. En 2016 acepté la responsabilidad de liderar una Consultoría en Customer Experience; teniendo como cliente principal a un distribuidor mayorista de Tecnología. Una vez finalizado el proyecto, reconfirmé cuanto disfruto el entorno corporativo, por esa razón empecé en Despegar.com. Aquí exploré el rol Comercial de Analista Sr Regional para el negocio de alquiler de Coches. Sin embargo en abril de 2018 me mudé a Barcelona. Después de realizar todos los trámites necesarios, en mayo me ofrecieron la posibilidad de ser Competition Insights Team Leader para los mercados Core europeos, en eDreams Odigeo.Mientras me consolidaba en este nuevo rol, Extranjería me sorprendió con la noticia de que mi trámite debía ser iniciado nuevamente ya que me había mudado del lugar donde lo había iniciado originalmente. Por este motivo tuve que retirarme voluntariamente de esta compañía.Sin embargo paralelo a esto ya venía participando del proyecto de expansión para Murarte, empresa colombiana precursora del marketing cultural, turístico y de valor compartido. Ahora me encuentro como líder de la expansión a España.El 2018 sin duda ha sido un año de mucho aprendizaje, veremos qué nuevos retos se avecinan para el 2019.
