 Manage and mentor a staff of 5 PMO resources of various levels of skills and experience [Program Managers; Senior Project Managers; Project Managers; and Project Coordinators] in charge of delivering the portfolio of projects.  Work with business leaders, various corporate teams/committees, IT, external partners and business owners by establishing collaborative relationships; identifying needs and competencies of PMO resources and making appropriate assignments, while ensuring business needs are met on time and on budget.  Provide support and counsel to different business areas including redesigning business process across, following lean six sigma guidelines and methodology. Manage all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle for internal and external customers including budget management, business process redesign and metric development/monitoring. Develop skill sets of PMO to maintain a high level of project management competence in both Project Management (traditional, Agile) and Health Care Industry.  Act as Executive Project Manager on a variety of projects from Health Services to Marketing to Finance.

Volunteer to promote women in business, fundraising for the Chamber, facilitate networking events, run a "Leadership In Action" 1 day conference for local high school girls.

 Led the Product Program for the definition of products and services that will be rolled out to members as part of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) from inception until transition to operations. Managed and mentored cross-functional key leads team to implement all ACA product-related provisions across enterprise, including internal and external communications, systems configurations, marketing documentation, etc. Led the Operations team to implement Essential Health Benefits (changing our entire product portfolio to be ACA compliant) and Summary of Coverage & Benefits, including updating product materials and configuration changes, claims recycle and extended first dollar coverage (including Women’s Preventive Services).  Led the implementation and ongoing compliance of MA Chapter 288 regulations, responsible for oversight of two product implementations: a tiered network product; and a regional network product. Created a Dashboard and a New Product Checklist for limited, regional, and tiered product builds. Guided and mentored several process improvement initiatives, including: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) enterprise wide roll-out, including the preparation of data and scenarios, that helped review and prioritize products that best supported HPHC’s corporate goals. Worked with vendors to create a PLM Handbook specific to HPHC’s templates, tools and metrics.  Managed fully insured, self-insured and customized product builds and implementations while continually building and maintaining effective operational relationships between HPHC and consultants, vendors and third-party administrators.

 Leveraged expertise in defining, analyzing and interpreting benefit policies, on cross-functional teams (Benefit Implementation Team and Utilization Management & Policy Committee), to establish, implement and communicate corporate policies, procedures and benefits. Managed the Benefit Option Code database, resulting in system enhancements, documented workflows and training of end users. Co-led the launch of the Compass product line including definition of program objectives, scope and implementation plan.  Documented process models for existing products and new Compass products, resulting in a clear depiction of roles and responsibilities; process definition, clarification of terms and definitions; inputs, outputs, agreed upon turn around times and quality checkpoints and signoff.  Led the creation of a communication medium to create transparency between existing products and new Compass products.

 Managed Data Center (DC) Department, within aggressive budget constraints and metrics, resulting in a directed workflow team that processed over 83,000 human resource related transactions yearly, with a less than 1% error rate. Facilitated, consulted and advised HR and executive leadership on HRMS systems, process improvement and project management by providing consultation, facilitation and collaboration resulting in creation and implementation of following systems that improved daily operational processes, employee productivity and quality, and reduced costs to drive higher profitability. Selected by CEO to lead process improvement training for corporate HR, resulting in a unified project management approach. Developed and implemented training of Oracle HRMS, employee salary changes database and payroll systems to all North American HR. Provided functional expertise to IT development team creating salary change database, including system enhancements and process redesign.
