Partnering with the business across the globe regarding all talent acquisition aspects including talent sourcing, selection, and hiring (supporting mainly Budapest, Riga, Costa Rica, Kuala Lumpur and Mannheim)- Understanding the current and foresee requirements for areas of expertise (mainly for local IT, local HR, BPM,Project Management, Chapter lead roles and other, more senior graded positions) - Driving end-to-end the global standardized recruiting process- Building up strategy, building talent pools by utilizing our applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn- Keeping up with new recruitment trends for ongoing optimization to attract and hire the best talents for Roche- Facilitate the decision making process with the hiring manager and the other involved stakeholders to hire the zbest candidate for the assigned roles- Research, prepare and submit periodic reports and presentations as assigned
