 Coordinate the implementation of intervention curriculums for K-12 Math and 3-12 ELAR. Create and provide professional development for Special Education teachers and instructional coaches in the areas of differentiated instruction, IEP/ARD process and procedures, classroom management, etc. Oversee a group of instructional coaches charged with supporting respective campuses. Oversee the provision of and provide homebound services to elementary and middle school students in the areas of math, science, social studies, and ELAR. Participate in annual audits of SPP indicators. Participate in development of academic/instructional improvement goals for the District Improvement Plan.

Provide Special Education, and otherwise modified instruction, for middle school students (grades 6th-8th) with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD) in the math, science, English/Reading, and social skills content areas. Lead Case Manager- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for middle and high school students with EBD. Provide STAAR remedial instruction in mathematics for middle school students with EBD. Provide one-on-one, small group, and whole group social skills instruction for students (K-12) with emotional/behavioral disorders. Master Trainer- attend district-wide trainings, bring information back to the campus to further train teachers and additional support staff
