Initially just a Facebook group, it is evolving and growing. For the past two years we have had daily dark chocolate tastings that began with mass produced varieties. However in the past year we've discovered steadily better and better brands. Made from cacao beans from all over the world. We had no idea how the nuances (notes) could differ between bars with the same 2 or 3 ingredients. Cocoa mass, cane sugar and sometimes cocoa butter. It's truly all about the bean!
