Effectively overhauled an entire line of training videos reflecting the transition from Cingular to AT&T and earned nine Telly Awards for authoring, producing and directing a series of training videos over a two-year period.Steered the creation of a new training program series (manuals, video, and deployment campaign) for McKesson, a Fortune 10 company, and distributed it throughout the nation. This was a large program whose target audience was night shift warehouse workers. English was a second language for a large percentage of this group.Worked with Solvay, a Chemicals Company, to design a training video for their MDS Leadership Program. Worked with the teams in Belgium and Atlanta. Consulted on content and design. Developed, designed and facilitated each step of the project.Led the creation, development and production of the World tour training event for TSMC, a semiconductor company, while adhering to strict Taiwanese standards. Effectively demonstrated product functions and applicability. Supervised the staging and AV for the World Event.Designed an impactful training program for Thoratec Corporation, a Medical Device Company. The focus was on training first responders on the use of a device that replaces the function of a failing heart. This required researching physician manuals and interviewing cardiac specialists and paramedics. The design and development of the training videos required a nationwide and multi-location shoot. Created a video training series for UPS for their online LMS system over a three-year period. Translated trainings into nine languages.
