Effectively overhauled an entire line of training videos reflecting the transition from Cingular to AT&T and earned nine Telly Awards for authoring, producing and directing a series of training videos over a two-year period.Steered the creation of a new training program series (manuals, video, and deployment campaign) for McKesson, a Fortune 10 company, and distributed it throughout the nation. This was a large program whose target audience was night shift warehouse workers. English was a second language for a large percentage of this group.Worked with Solvay, a Chemicals Company, to design a training video for their MDS Leadership Program. Worked with the teams in Belgium and Atlanta. Consulted on content and design. Created a video training series for UPS for their online LMS system over a three-year period. Translated trainings into nine languages.

Designed and implemented new marketing and sales strategies by creating training and educational events.
