She joined the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) in January 2022 as the inaugural Deputy Director for Clinical Services. In her role at ACHD, Dr. Nightingale oversees the STI/HIV, Immunization, Tuberculosis, and Pediatric Dental Programs, Public Health Preparedness and Response, and the ACHD Pharmacy.
