Field calls from mental health providers to authorize multiple levels of care for members with Medicaid insurance. Provide resources and counseling to members in crisis and additional levels of care to maximize client success in the community.

Provide immediate onsite clinical intervention for Howard County residents experiencing psychiatric or behavioral emergencies, intense family conflict, suicide or homicide threats or attempts, disasters or traumatic events involving victims of accidents or violent crimes, and requests by community residents for emergency response or crisis intervention.
