As owner of Transformation Fitness, I design personalized wellness programs to meet the needs of each client. I begin each client with a wellness evaluation and nutritional analysis. I assist the client in developing a wellness strategy based on their wellness goals and current habits. I conduct scheduled follow-up sessions to ensure the client is compliant and make adjustments as necessary.

As Safety and Training Officer for the St. Petersburg Police Department, my responsibilities included, developing and implementing the cadet fitness program, conducting Physical Abilities Tests (PAT) for police applicants, coordinating and conducting department-wide CPR training, conducting bloodborne pathogens training, and maintaining Police Department gym and fitness program.

As Fitness Coordinator, my responsibilities included, assisting fitness center manager with daily operations of fitness center including member check-in, gym orientations, personal training, instructing fitness classes and supervising fitness instructors. My responsibilities also included, fitness center marketing and conducting community health/fitness seminars.

A a personal trainer, my responsibilities included, conducting new member gym orientations, sales presentations and designing fitness and nutrition programs.
