As Illustration Lead, I designed an easily scalable outsourcing model to meet the needs of my organisation. I am fully responsible for the end-to-end process, including hiring new illustrators, training them, preparing work specifications, checking output quality, and managing the workflow. My outsourcing team produces incredible quality for the pricepoint. I am also responsible for improvements to our Adobe Creative Cloud Library where we organise all our illustrations. During the interview for my first job in the UK I was selected out of almost 100 candidates to work as the team’s illustrator. My internship exposed me to professional environments, and I had the opportunity to work with and learn from highly-talented and creative people.
