• Service requests from new accounts• Lead proposals / RFPs, marketing agency scope of work development, and agreement changes• Support with marketing efforts such as social media and internal marketing• Project management• Schedule and attend conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement for the agency• Assist with content creation for agency advertising and marketing efforts including digital marketing and proposal requests• Attend new business opportunity meetings and field inbound email and phone calls for requests• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses• Maintain Salesforce CRM and utilize Basecamp for project management and operational tasks for agency operations and business development;• Maintain a track of all sales efforts, segmented by lead type, and managed through a CRM or other reporting means• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and developments• Responsive to email and phone inquiries• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales• Help lead client/project meetings for new business discovery and kickoff meetings• Complete business development and related tasks as dictated on schedule and deliver work, proposals and other efforts on time• Organize internal team for business development meetings, new client kickoff meetings, or milestone review meetings to review client development opportunities or other coordination• Handle client meetings professionally, providing creative feedback, doing research and uploading notes/files to our project management system• Assist with invoicing process for clients and communicating what is needed from accounting
