I have 40 years experience in customer service in the Dental industry. My knowledge of dental supplies and my experience in customer service is vast if not overwhelming. I am an over achiever and I take pride in the amount of customers I have and new customers I gain every day with my expertise and knowledge. Each day I help in every aspect of this business, from problem solving with accounting issues, missing items. returns, tracers, to assisting with price comparisons, product comparisons, and customer satisfaction. Not only do I love my job, but my customers can tell how much I love my job by the way I treat them. I take pride in the fact that everyone who speaks to me, feels like they are special and have someone knowledgeable and available for them when they need help with their dental supply questions.

  My responsibilities are absolutely everything from processing simple orders, to solving the most complex problems. My job also consists of checking on backorders, UPS, FedEx and Ontrac tracers, missing items, freight disputes, credits, returns, return labels, working closely with accounting, purchasing, and credit card departments for customers with problems in these areas. I help all outside salespeople, and I work all conventions, including our CDA and ADA conventions when asked. I have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of dentistry, and I try to keep up with the latest materials.
