-Facilitated all aspects of operating the box office for a 17500 seat amphitheater, an onsite ticketed museum as well as a 500 seat gallery showroom. -Event set up on Ticketmaster/Archtics system, inventory management, work with our membership department to fulfill ticketing needs and build VIP membership base, complete all in house, label, marketing, artist, sponsor, VIP requests. -Prepared and maintained budget, staffing, attend weekly production meetings, reporting, customer relations, and any other duties required to improve the operational as well as sales of the box office.
