• Deliver excellent customer service experience to each customer by communicating clearly and with care.• Drive profitable sales results to meet Store Goals and Associate Goals(bonus and commission based as well)• Seek necessary optical measurements, help in dispensing eyewear, conduct I&R Training Courses• Recommend specific lens types, materials, add-ons, and guidance with Insurance Benefits by keeping up with all the latest eyewear, contacts, and features, premiums and copays to provide customers with the best of what they can receive to suit customer needs and Doctor’s Prescriptions Recommendations.• Navigate through computer databases in SDS Systems, National Vision Portal, Patient Chart reflections, UPS shipment systems, Microsoft, Ultipro Site, Patient Scheduler, and Insurance Portals.• Maintain organized and clean workspace, perform all Office duties like Faxing, Copying, Printing, answer inbound calls and make calls as needed all while assisting customers in office as well.
