Opened the doors of this Dermatology practice in April 2007. Expanded service lines and developed strategic partnerships growing the business to 25,000 patient visits per year. Planned and executed exit strategy culminating in a sale in March 2020 successfully retaining all employees.

STREETSMART4KIDSTM is a non-profit organization that works in partnership with San Francisco restaurantsto help homeless children get the help they need. We deliver all donations directly to our three beneficiaries,Huckleberry Youth Programs, La Casa and Larkin Street.

Connections Beyond the Classroom is designed to bring students together with current and alumni parents for the purpose of providing meaningful exposure to career, community service, and academic options. CBC is also intended to support faculty with parent and alumni expertise in order to contribute to the faculty curriculum.I built the infrastructure for this startup organization. I formalized the mission and goals, formed committees and chaired Connections Beyond the Classroom until 2006.

Sales, Marketing, Management and Communication consulting for an international professional consulting firm. I was responsible for creating and implementing customized improvement programs aimed at accelerating performance in all aspects of the sales, sales management and communication processes for multi billion dollar companies in a variety of industries.

I began a career in medical sales in 1984 working for a startup. Through mergers and acquisitions I eventually became the western VP of sales where I successfully integrated the Hill-Rom and SSI sales organizations. Hired management staff and orchestrated the staffing process for merged organization of 100 sales and sales support staff. I developed and implemented sales strategy to deliver a $100 million revenue goal.
