Main responsabilities, to manage the development, training, and competencies management of Managers and Professionals within FIS Division, in line with the Group human resources policies and practices. Assist operational managers in order to fulfil their staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees. Coach and counsel management on HR matters by providing reports, indicators and feedback in order to align organizational decisions and headcount to business needs. Propose medium and long term HR action plans.Ensure that Group management development tools are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group levels. Work together with target schools to ensure new talent acquisition.

Main responsibilities, set objectives for Logistics team aligned with plant priorities and lead themto reach the target, ensure Customer satisfaction through anticipating customer needs in allcases, ensure the delivery of production lines with the stock needed, controling and reducingfreight cost, track and improve suppliers performance based on system deployment,monitor and present Logistics activities to the management team such as Production plan, inventoryresults, sales forecast, etc., ensure successfull project’s launches, monitoring the Logistics performance and implement logistics improvement actions in cordination with other functionareas in the plant, reporting SAP indicators daily to follow up the performance of the team,ensure training and development needed for my team, ensure the deployment and respect forthe Logistics processes in the plant.
