Goals to improve coordinated care management, reduce hospitalizations, and incarcerations among clients by 20% by providing psychiatry, therapy, groups, case management and re-integration services in jail.► Introduced interdisciplinary teams, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care models► Eliminated $1.7 million debt in 18 months by working closely with Fiscal Department and staff to: examine all business and workflow processes, reduce waste and redundancy, close gaps and reduce errors that resulted in lost income.
