To strengthen Braskem's business strategy and brand positioning, I am responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication plans, supporting internal areas such as Energy, Digital, HES, IT, Information Security, Knowledge Management and more, having a complete experience working on campaigns focused on both corporate and industrial topics. My role also includes organizing and coordinating internal events (hybrid and online), as well as crisis management by being responsible for building the global communication strategy for the COVID-19 pandemic.To improve internal engagement and have more effective communications, I worked in the construction and implementation of the Internal Communications Strategy, reflecting a study of internal stakeholders, roles of each corporate communication channel, prioritization of strategic themes, a workflow and a dashboard for communications tracking.

Supporting Olefins & Polyolefins Business unit, I was responsible for:• Delivering the projects and initiatives in Braskem's internal and external communication channels, mainly focused on Circular Economy;• Organization of customer events and trade fairs for the plastics sector (e.g. K Fair)• Development and execution of the Eckoblocks game Communication Plan for educating and raising children’s awareness about plastic recycling, working with advertising and PR agencies, such as digital influencers.

• I'm green website management• Contribution for the construction of Braskem's Circular Economy positioning, mapping relevant stakeholders in the B2B and B2C sectors to analyze its sustainability reports, communication materials, social media and advertising• Delevopment of supporting materials such as product catalogs, videos, presentations, banners and so on• Support to the commercial teams, working on different fronts on Marketing, Communications and Events: Fairs, Clients Relationship Events, Social Media, Internal Communications and marketing Campaigns• Support to I’m green clients & brand-owners: brand usage management, Joint Communication Plans

Responsible for:• Construction of an internal newsletter;• Realization of budgets and financial feasibility analysis of projects; • Mapping and structuring internal processes to identify improvements;• Monitoring operations to build a productivity analysis report;• Leading a Job Rotation project for the Superintendence's interns.
