My professional experience spans a diversity of fields, ranging from the editing and writing of both electronic and hard copy to managing human services programs and health clubs. I am also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I hold fitness certifications in a variety of different class formats. For years, I taught Ballet, Jazz, and Modern dance. Fitness is an integral part of my lifestyle, and I continue to teach part time. However, for the last 10 years I have been the full time proprietor of Lifeguard Designs, which began initially as a desktop publishing/web design business but has navigated into internet sales with a concentration in vintage collectibles and antiques.Specialties: Writing, editing, desktop publishing, web design, fitness, health, well being, and internet sales with a concentration in antiquing and collecting.
