The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for supporting the operational and logistical activities for the Home Care and Continuing Care Reporting Systems (HCRS and CCRS) including facilitating and coordinating education and client support related to HCRS and CCRS products and services. Working with an interdisciplinary team, the CSC is responsible for providing client support and education related to HCRS and CCRS products and services. The CSC also supports activities related to system changes for HCRS and CCRS.

Responsible for the coordination of resources for Educational workshops, videoconferences, web conferences and teleconferences. The incumbent will also be responsible for the training and instruction of the Admin Team staff through one-on-one and group education sessions. The Senior Education Assistant, Logistics, will also be the main point of contact for faculty training, troubleshooting and support as well as all of the department’s finances.

- Coordinate Instructor lead & Web base training for 21 departments, 800+ Staff drawing from a team of 7 trainers and additional resource of mentors- Create and Document all process for each responsibility of the Training Coordinators’ position, bring 3 remote locations to one standard- Process Training Requests submitted ensuring training material is accurate and available, requirements for tools are obtained and training completion deadlines are met - Work with various departments to continually identify and improve curriculum needs- Organize tool & account login access for all employees at 2 independent locations- Attend weekly Department specific Operation meetings with clients to deliver training completion reports and answer all training related inquiries- Maintain Training calendar detailing information on all current and 2 month forecast training and report weekly to all internal and external departments- Reporting of Current month and 3 month Forecast training cost estimate to client
