Hired as first ever Client Success Manager providing white glove service to growing client base of C-suite and decision makers within the Life Sciences, Information Technology, Professional Services, and Manufacturing industries. Member of Leadership team playing a key role in company growth. Engage clients from New Business Development through completion of Client Engagement. Collaborate with internal team leaders to execute the best strategy and plans for Client Success. Establish best practices for communication of account management and troubleshooting issues. Initiate problem-solving strategies and execute solutions. Communicate feedback to all parties in a timely manner. Create brand awareness with each client and upsell services using an educational approach. Provide relevant resources and include clients and partners in all company networking and signature events. Attend industry networking events. Serve as Chair for Philanthropic Committee, #ConnectorsWhoCare. Provide support for internal marketing, thought leadership programs, and social media. Perform internal recruiting to assist in company growth.
