As part of the global Client Relations Ops team, I support the sales cycle, client retention, and revenue growth across multiple markets and regions.My passion for sustainability and development stems from my academic background and previous work experience. I hold an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Before joining Morningstar Sustainalytics, I was assigned to the Office of the Principal Coordination Officer at the UN Environment Programme, where I assisted in the implementation of the Cartagena Convention for the protection of the Caribbean marine environment. My main objective as an individual and a professional is to contribute to the creation of more sustainable and fair economic and financial systems to slow down the consequences of the climate crisis.
