Duties and responsibilities: - Support companies in the definition of sustainability strategic, tactical and operational plans;- Define, supervise and implement research proposals and programs, also with reference to regional, national and European funds (i.e., Horizon 2020);- Plan and implement dissemination and communication actions to promote Observatory’s activities and achievements.• Senior Research Fellow in the “Lean Management Working Group”. Duties and responsibilities:- Analyse synergies and divergencies between Lean Management and sustainability – collaboration with industrial companies for the definition of guidelines and best practices;- Consultancy and coaching activities in manufacturing companies for implementing Lean Management principles, methods and tools;- Assess the role of the human factor in successfully implement lean transformation programs and in maintaining positive results in the long term – in collaboration with manufacturing companies.• Junior Research Fellow of the “ASAP Service Management Forum – Automotive Section”.
