Designing Assessment Architecture Systems that permit to discover the actual and the future potential of every Person in every condition and market is my daily challenge and obsession (or focus). 🚀 As Assessment Architecture and People Metrics Leader of Glasford, I lead Glasford's business strategy by designing Assessment processes and tools that can anticipate and understand the market trends in advance, with a special care to the person and all his needs. HR analytics and people metrics are the new language to better understand the environment all around and how to handle it.🏭 As Associate Partner, I generate and nurture international and local relationships across different industries and markets. I co-design assessment and development paths closely with all the companies to discover the updated key competences and factors needed to face business and personal challenges, two sides of the same extraordinary story for each of us.🌏 Among Glasford International I strongly promote cross-country opportunities and projects to integrate and evolve our global DNA as a natural tendency and future.📚 Applied psychology, technical innovation and assessment measurements are three of my main career anchors. I developed and added also coaching and developing skills to my expertise combined to a real professional interest in supporting people and business to find and take their best shape. A Master's degree in Organizational & Work Psychology, a four years II level Master in cognitive and constructivist Psychotherapy as well as several certifications on Psychometric tools and Statistic for Social Sciences are my education. 🚩 Before joining Glasford, I started my career at the University of Bologna with which I still continue to cooperate as a formal and charted Assessor in several hiring process, as Organizational Advisor for Diversity and Inclusion and as a Trainer in different degree programs and masters.
