Ms. Robb represents executives and professionals in a wide range of employment and compensation matters, including employment and change-in-control agreements, executive compensation, deferred and equity compensation, non-competition agreements, lift-outs and severance agreements. She has successfully represented high-level executives and professionals, individually and in groups, in complex, multi six- and seven-figure matters.
