Having worked in Hospitality related positions since 1989 (started in timeshare reservations & customer service), I enjoy being able to consider myself an expert in the field. Along with the operations side, I feel it is important to remember that guests and home owners make this business what it is. Ensuring home owners are pleased with the care of their homes and providing quality guest experiences with superior accommodations and attention are the mainstays of Hospitality. My knowledge and experience include but it not limited to the following attributes: Acquisitions, Administration, A/R & A/P, Asset Recovery, Budget Planning & Financial Review, Contract Management, Customer Relations, Vendor Relationship Development, Documentation, Human Resources, Inventory Management, Meeting Facilitation & Expansive Organizational Skills and Problem Resolution. Although no one uses all their skills in every day's work, knowing that someone has the skills to 'get the job done' when needed is a quality others appreciate in my work. Hospitality is not a one man show, it takes a team to provide a superior and consistent level of service. I am happy to be a part of such a team.
