Executive Assistant to the Head of Latin America Corporate Banking Subsidiaries, Assistant to the Head of Latin America Global Commercial Banking & both teamsManagement of complex calendars and schedules, responsible for meetings arrangements in multiple locations (globally).Working closely with the leadership team as well as other business areas and other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support to the organization.Scheduling cost effective internal and international travel arrangements including flights, hotel reservations, transfers, drivers, assistance with documentation required for each country (visa, passport, vaccination etc.) and detailed travel itinerary.Corporate credit card reports and personal reimbursements via SAP Concur system, health insurance reimbursement and budget management.Organization of internal and external events, management of agenda during business conferences.Manage and prioritize information flow in a timely and accurate manner i.e. calls, contacts, e-mails, cold calls. Respond to routine correspondence, purchase of office supplies and technology hardwires, management of headcount/recruiting information; organization chart maintenance, management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration.Execute and assist with team activities (staff meetings agendas, all-hands meetings, quarterly on-sites/off-sites, town halls and team social events).
