I am a seasoned leader and business executive with 25 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, labour relations and business leadership in both the private and public sectors. Over this time, I have been afforded many opportunities to develop and deliver progressive business initiatives that resulted in bottom line impact. While most of my experience has been in Canadian organizations, I spent a year working in the middle east as an HR leader and it was one of the most interesting and fulfilling of my career.I am passionate about leading change, innovation, collaborating with leaders to cultivate progressive and diverse workplaces.
