During my career I have worked at some of the top ranked global software companies and consulting firms. While at Sterling Software and Computer Associates I drafted and negotiated software license and related agreements supporting resellers, and commercial, federal, state, and local government clients. At Electronic Data Systems, BearingPoint, and Deloitte, I worked on federal government services contracts. As a result of my experience and knowledge of commercial law and the FAR/DFARS (Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), I am proficient at drafting and negotiating complex software agreements and services contracts for commercial, federal, state, and local government customers.
