Returned to work for this efficient and highly effective surgical ward and following experience of being in charge of the team and ward on the CHOC ward at Portsmouth Trust, took charge of this ward as the Co-ordinator of Care on many occassions. Utilisted my experience of Oncology care to reassure patients who were receiving surgery following Breast, Gynae and Throat Cancer. Left in order to emigrate to Perth, Australia.

Whilst at University studying for my Nursing Diploma, worked for NHS Professionals in Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham and St Marys Hospital, Fratton - both in Portsmouth UK. Worked for over a year for the Gynae ward, providing care for patients prior and following surgery, miscarriages and also in the day clinics - Colposcopy, Fertility and Hysteroscopy. Followed this by working on the Oncology ward, assisting patients to Radiotherapy treatments and with Activities of Daily Living.
