Managing a multi-disciplined team of 11 to provide end-to-end financial management and business improvement initiatives supporting all aspects of the business from cost control to successful project delivery.

Operating as the senior finance professional and reporting directly to the telent Finance Director and the Business Managing Director. Responsible for teams of upto 11 to provide end-to-end tailored financial support to a diverse group of businesses and projects. Specifically tasked by the Finance Director to improve the quality of output from the department by applying proven skills in team management, process discipline, procedures and customer focus.

Reporting to the Finance Director with management responsibility of between 4 and 16 members of staff. Supporting Business Directors with the provision of structured, focused and tailored management accounting information. Responsible for all aspects of management accounting.

Moscow, Russian Federation

Based in Moscow reporting to the Senior Partners for Tax and Audit and working directly in those businesses to provide dedicated and focused financial support including:• Monthly results and reports, net investment statistics, realisation and utilisation measures and job and client profitability. Cash forecasting, debtor management and forecasting and budgeting of annual outturn. Development of in-house MIS system (in Access) to support forecasting and reporting.
