About Barbara Spietz

Teaching is my passion. Helping people learn the skills to achieve a healthy and balanced life is my goal. Combining yoga, meditation, nutrition, fitness and various healing modalities offers a full spectrum of knowledge to be applied towards meeting this goal. Being fully conscious, staying present and taking responsibility for our lives is the first step on our journey to enlightenment.
