I care about building and scaling productive, diverse, and collaborative teams that drive the delivery of product value through effective discovery and fact-based analyses.Prior to my experience in agile software development, I started my career at Chase in the Corporate Development Program, a leadership development program for new undergraduates. At the conclusion of my rotations, I accepted a full-time position as an Operational Risk Manager in Business Banking, leading and developing a team of analysts. I enjoyed taking a year away from work following the birth of my oldest son. When I was ready, I was welcomed back to Chase as an internal operations management consultant where I learned and delivered process improvement projects using established problem solving and strategy frameworks. This led to an agile product owner role for Chase’s communications management platform. In 2021 I joined Upstart, an all digital lending platform as an Implementation Manager for Lending Partnerships. Promoted to lead the team in 2023, we support lenders through the onboarding process, flexing project/product/client management.
