I manage the Human Resources function for two corporations, Cell Science Systems Corporation, and Previmedica, LLC, for 125 and 25 employees, respectively. Cell Science Systems is the premiere provider of the Alcat test which tests individuals for food sensitivities using up to 400 different foods, chemicals, molds. Cell Science Systems markets its services to physicians' offices. PreviMedica provides nutritional counseling direct to the consumer using the results of the Alcat test.
