As an educational leader and master teacher with over two decades of experience, I have had various professional opportunities to develop my five signature Gallup themes/strengths – achiever, maximizer, learner, activator, and ideation.I am an innovative problem-solver and systems thinker who is committed to ensuring that public education serves as the primary catalyst in leveling the playing field for our most marginalized students. I accomplish this goal by leveraging my expertise in instructional coaching, family engagement, curriculum design, and program management. Additionally, as a master teacher of English Learners, I specialize in identifying high-leverage instructional strategies that engage culturally and linguistically diverse learners from around the globe.
