Was instrumental in bringing the FMCSA domain from a 2003 to a 2008 domain, which including the installation of new file servers and hardware upgrades required for the 2008 Server operating system. I maintain all weekly reports on team projects. In addition to these projects, I provide remote support for 100+ users in 8 states to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, as well as routinely perform remote upgrades and installations of both propriety and enterprise software applications.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATIONJanuary 2007 – June 2010Prior to transitioning in to a more project based role, I was the lead member of the Active Directory Team for the FMCSA domain, consisting of 100 servers and over 1000 clients throughout the country. Monitored and maintained 4 Active Directory Integrated DNS servers which included responsibilities such as resolving DNS replication errors, maintaining the active directory structure and ensuring up to date active directory accounts. As a team, we tested and implemented federal desktop core configuration machines and user group policies. I was instrumental in bringing the existing Windows 2000 domain up to Windows 2003, rolling out Symantec Endpoint Security software as well as a new VPN client. I completed the implementation of McAfee Endpoint Encryption software on over 100 client systems. Day to day, I maintained six Windows 2003 file servers, troubleshooted client issues revolving around Firewalls, the VPN, as well as Outlook and Server connectivity.
