Duties carried out:- Screening and searching airport passengers, and bags for prohibited and dangerous objects and materials- Maintaining efficient passenger traffic flows through airport security checkpoints- Patrolling the airport and reporting potential security vulnerabilities- Asking questions to profile passengers for any suspicious behaviour - Monitoring access to secure areasAdditional duties:- Training officers on new LED equipment (Cobalt 200w)- Explaining the new local rules and procedures as well as guiding though the health & safety of the equipment

Heathrow Terminal 2

Multi-airline check in for: Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Air Canada, Turkish Airlines, Eva Air, Air China and Shenzhen Airlines.Duties:- Greeting customers as well as assisting and guiding them- Checking-in passengers and making sure they have the right documentation and visa's to travel- Providing boarding passes and luggage labels- Dealing with passenger enquiries about flight departures and arrivals- Weighing baggage and collecting any excess weight charges according to each airlines specifications- Boarding Flights - Taking care of people with special needs, and unaccompanied children- Calming and reassuring nervous passengers

Heathrow Terminal 3

- Welcoming passengers to the lounge- Helping passengers who may be needing assistance- Helping customers with questions or queries - Engaging in general conversation with the passengers- Serving food and beverages- Making sure the lounge looks presentable at all times- Directing passengers to the boarding gates
