During the development life cycle (*Sprint), BA's work with the business unit to developacceptance criteria and a user test plan. In some cases, the BA will do pre user testing during the development phase of a project. The BA will also work with the business unit to ensure adequate training and user documentation is inplace. BA's share responsibility with business unit managers for ensuring business units are leveraging the organization's investment in Enterprise Content Management (image workflow) technology. GE Insurance Solutions (Kelly IT Contractor) 12/2004 – March 2006Data Integrity (QA) Management Consultant•Major duties included Quality Assurance Testing for CRM data and software applications. •Performed lifecycle testing, defect tracking and monitoring of Customer Data Issue•Performed beta, conflict, functional, regression, performance, adhoc, and usability testing on data management•Created, executed and documented technical writing/manual test scripts.•Typical test cases cover product installs, functionality, menu navigation, user interface, network connectivity, database issues, conflict testing, etc. •Scripted SQL commands to find bad data, data errors, and data omissions from Siebel 7 CRM.•Responsible for Access Database Development and Project Plan development/maintenance for Program Manager.

Defined and implemented the Installation of IT Quality Assurance (Test Lab and Processes) – This required defining all requirements, including the development of scope and setup activities for hardware requirements. Required communicating with all IT teams until alignment with current and future Information Systems Architecture (IT footprint). In-depth knowledge of Software Configuration Management Methodologies (CMM) was instrumental in increasing CMM maturity level from 1.9 to 3.5 level within short time frame. Defined and published, for upper management, the ROI (Return on Investment) for a new Automated Test Tool Set and all peripherals. Resulted in ROI for the company within a 6-month time frame.

Project Management System Implementation. AlliedSignal 1992-1994 Team led for large Project Management Software installation for three operating units. Required extensive Project Management, Accounting and Information Systems knowledge. Created workflow diagrams, documented process and high level functional requirements for accounting interface automation. Resulted in implementation of a single project management system for three business units that integrated accounting and project reporting. Published “Project Management Software Selection” for DOE November 1996 with co-author Steve Mueller. Project Reporting Team Leader, AlliedSignal 1990-1997: Oversaw coordination of projects, management processes and FES project data integration, project reporting, and software development between the Facilities Engineering group and the Department of Energy (DOE) for plant renovation and construction projects encompassing nearly $350,000,000 in value and $50,000,000 in annual expenditures.
