OUR MISSION: Building a LEGACY through creative SOLUTIONS ONE property at a time.I am retired and own rental properties in Philadelphia and am currently looking to expand my portfolio of single family homes in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. I have partnered with my daughter to form Legacy Solutions One LLC so that we can use our wealth from real estate to leave a LEGACY for the generations after us. My daughter has been an educator of adults and children for over 20 years and has a BBA degree in Accounting and Master's in Business Education. She works for me full time in managing our family real estate business and assists me with business operations. Her specialty is finding awesome deals in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia and Montgomery County for me and other real estate investors. She grew up in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia and is familiar with the area. She has been trained in innovative methods for finding deals that no one else can find.Later in the Spring of 2014 we are looking to expand into the Atlanta Market, where my daughter resided for 17 years, so she is familiar with that market as well. We are also looking to expand into the Long Beach market fall/winter 2014, where my other daughter resides. This is a family business and our goal is to maintain relationships with our clients for life. We pride ourselves on integrity, personalized attention and high quality service.
