I am the Adm. Asstnt. to the Asstnt. Director-Field Opertns. of TWRA in the Executive Director's office. The roles & responsibilities are as follows; Agency Legislative Responsibilities include assisting the Agency's Legislative Liaison with State Legislature needs & keeping an updated file of current names & addresses for the Gen. Assembly;Agency Budget preparation which require basic accounting skills, entering data & the use of spreadsheets,etc.TWRA Commission related duties-The Tennessee Fish & Wildlife Commission are the governing & policy setting unit of our Agency & requires assistance for travel arrangements, processing of expense claims, requests for information & preparation of the Commission notebooks.-Other duties-filling in for the other Adm. Asstnt. of Field Ops & the Exec. Adm. Asstnt. in the Director's office;act as recording secretary at the TFWC meetings; Rule Book & Proc filings-these duties are filing the various rule changes & procs;Customer Service-requires answering phones & assisting callers with their questions or redirecting the caller to the proper person within the Agency; Monthly Commission meeting agenda mailings-emailed copies of the monthly agenda is sent via email & hard copy to the General Assembly members & a public list that is maintained;State Yellow Book Update-this duty requires updating info for a free leadership directory of the executive & legislative branches of state gov. via email; Processing of invoices-completing budget stamp info or receiving records for invoices & forward to Procurement; Coffee Service- this duty requires ordering of coffee supplies.
