My name is Barbara Van den Bosch. I work at EY in the CFO Services department. I started in audit and transferred to CFO Services after 2,5 years. I'm 12 years at EY and have been able to broaden my horizon in Finance during this period. The last years my main focus is on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). We help our clients get more insight in IFRS by providing introductions or trainings, convert to IFRS if this is the next step in their growth story or maintain IFRS by answering the questions they receive from their subsidiaries throughout the world. Our team has been serving CFOs of all type of company for many years. Based on our experience, we identify CFOs' difficulties and provide them with effective solutions.Since March 2023 I'm part of the IFRS desk of EY Belgium. I provide technical advice to and review the financial statements of multinational and Belgian leading companies. I have been involved in conversion processes of both private companies as well as companies in the process of an initial public offering.
