Manage all aspects of hotel from database administration, online reservation channels, frontdesk, housekeeping, ordering, maintain and remodeling of rooms.

Managing players club staff, hotel operations, and executive host. Oversee execution of all promotional giveaways, events, and daily operations of club. Track performance and monitor activity with weekly reports. Track and reconcile company credit card use. Provide data for and review P&L monthly. In my present role, I steer significant efforts to improve staffing efficiency and meet/exceed budgetary targets by developing policies and procedures in several departments.
