Sold out Atlas in Hillcrest -6 story low rise condominium building; my team sold 77 condominiums from December, 2008 to March, 2010 Pricing ranged from $300's to $800's.

Palm Desert

Transferred from Sonora Wells -a single family home community in North Indio- to ALEGRIA-new condominium community at Spanish Walk in Palm Desert. We are located at Frank Sinatra & Gerald Ford just east of Cook Street, Palm Desert!!

Started full time directly for D. R. Horton at Alegria in Palm Desert selling condominiums.

Just got transferred to Alegria in Palm Desert, a D. R. Horton condominium community with 12 standing inventory. Closed out Seacliff at Oceanside Harbor -my partner and I sold 10 since March 22 of these new condominiums by D. R. Horton. Prior to that finished selling condominiums at Atlas in Hillcrest, a D. R. Horton built community. We sold 75 condominiums in 13 months. My broker for all of these communities is CADO Real Estate Group. We were one of top 5 finalists at the Nationals in Las Vegas, January 19, and won Silver Award for our sales at Atlas!! We won SMC/SD Quarterly Award for attached product over $400,000 for Atlas for the best Sales Team first Quarter, 2010.

I worked as a Sales Rep for Barratt American for 13 years. The housing industry crisis hit them hard and they have had to lay off many valued employee's. I have managed new home sites and sold and closed in excess of 1000 homes and condominiums. I have worked in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties.I have experience selling both high end and entry level; very good at financing.Won a SAM Award for 2007 Best Urban Salesperson for Metrome for the San Diego Sales & Marketing Council.I have been active on the Board of Director's of the San Diego Sales & Marketing Council of the BIA (Building Industry Association) and am the Past President of the SMC and a Past BIA Board Member for 2009.

Sold at Aragon Town Homes in La Mesa and City Square in Downtown Escondido for the Urban Division of Barratt . The above communities represent town homes in Mission Viejo and La Mesa,; Builder filed Chapter 11 and was forced into Chapter 7.
