With a background in project management and a passion for food, I founded the Emsworth Cookery School in 2011. Since that time, my focus has been to deliver outstanding culinary experiences that inspire each and every one of my clients. Alongside delivering experiences at the Emsworth Cookery School, I have worked with a number of local, national & global businesses. A large amount of my time has been working in multiple roles with Weber-Stephen, the iconic number one barbecue company in the world. Through these roles, I have been able to experience working with a leading lifestyle brand, across a multitude of departments within the business, as well as with their partners. Working hands-on in the food industry has given me opportunities to work with many producers. Customers have included the National Farmers Union, for whom I have produced recipes for their 2017 book “Countryside Kitchen, Farm - Food - Fork” as well as creating a recipe for the 2019 NFU calendar. Through my work with the British Food Fortnight, I have been a part of a passionate team working with local farmers and producers to educate and excite the public about fabulous British food and drink.
