Working with a small team to manage changes to the Oracle Peoplesoft HRMS system. Managing upgrades to the system for the Uk - liaising with other regions when the changes were global.Embedding RTI processing when this was introduced - ensuring files were sent in a timely manner and managing any rejected files where this occurred. TUPE transfers in and out of the business. Outsourcing of the Channel Island and IOM payroll - data migration files and parallel run reconciliation.
