Significant efforts included 4 concurrent delivery orders totaling over $2.3M for development of 8 multiple-student station, simulation training systems consisting of 4 unique configurations providing introductory aviation EW equipment familiarization and proficiency maintenance training on state of the art computers increasing training capabilities by more than 50%. Successful process management enabled delivery of 2 of 4 configurations 6 months earlier than originally scheduled within budget (to meet accelerated training needs of the Government). Subsequent two configurations delivered on schedule and within budget. Generated new business by spearheading introduction of interactive multimedia design and development capability to the company.
