Process Improvement and Change ConsultantInitially engaged for an 8 month assignment to work with the management team to establish, manage and conduct a Process Improvement Initiative aimed at improving quality by increasing maturity levels with regards to software development. Recommendations for improvement were made across five areas of the enterprise such that it would be possible to launch new initiatives to address any improvement seen as strategically desirable. The emphasis on immediate actions within the assignment was in the Process area for software development. The recommendations for process improvements were based on impact, readiness and feasibility.
