Start up director, shareholder and co-founder of Gravity Matrix - a constantly evolving, creative, digital, production based Marketing Company. Overall responsibility for Finance and HR but leave the overall day to day organisation of Accounts to people much better qualified than I am. The greatest asset of this company is the quality of its employees - they are awesome, totally dedicated, efficient and do what it says on the tin! Am a strong believer that a company must appreciate the importance of its employees first and foremost. We were one of the first companies to give staff their birthday as an extra 'bank holiday'. Clients are pretty important too - we have amazing relationships with our clients, they seem to love coming to our offices - specially when the company dog is in residence, or when we have 'sausage Friday'. And of course we cannot forget our suppliers, without whom we would not be able to make our clients happy and our employees someone to banter with. Great company to work for - and great company to work with. Personally I like to play golf, travel, ski, enjoy good wine and laugh.
