Direct the fundraising, communications, and volunteers efforts for the agency. Responsible for annual giving and capital needs funding for the agency to include development and implementations of annual plans for foundation, corporate, individual and special event fundraising. Responsible for external/internal agency communications including branding, message development, print production, social media, public relations, print and media advertising placements, Responsible for development and oversight of the agency's volunteer program.

 Responsible for annual giving and capital needs funding for the agency. Includes development and implementations of annual plans for foundation, corporate and individual giving. Includes personal solicitation, writing of appeals and grants, creation of all solicitation materials, creation and management of special events, stewardship plan, prospect research and data management. Responsible for external/internal agency communications including message development, design standards and print production of all collateral (booklets, reports, flyers, displays, signage, etc.) advertising and media placements, public speaking, website and social media communications, publicity and outreach, director of agency videos, and writer for all external communications including executive presentations. Successfully completed a branding and renaming project for the organization.

Responsible for relationship management of all major and planned giving donors at Hopelink. Manage donor introduction, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities to strengthen donor's relationship with Hopelink making it possible to raise 2 million dollars for program services. Manage Hopelink's Reaching Out Luncheon fundraiser, the Part of the Solution donor circle, and Future of Hope legacy giving society.
